INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

When preparing their poster, presenters should have in mind the objective of capturing the interest of attendees to the work that is being presented. The quality of the presentation stimulates the attention from the audience and improves the overall satisfaction of the community attending the conference. Use an appropriate font size allowing posters to be readable by delegates 1.5m away. The poster message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.

  • Authors are requested to use only the boards provided for their poster.
  • The maximum available size for each poster is 120cm (horizontal width) by 200cm (vertical height). For best use of available space, we recommend a poster size DIN A0 in portrait mode (841mm x 1189mm), or DIN B1 (1000mm x 700mm) portrait or landscape mode.
  • Posters can be put on the boards starting at 8:00 on Wednesday (June 19, 2019), and at the latest by 14:00 of the same day.
  • Posters will be fixed to the poster boards using double-sided adhesive tape or pins, which will be provided on site at the registration desk.
  • Posters should be visible for the entire duration of the conference.
  • Authors are required to stand by their posters during the whole poster session.
  • Authors should remove their posters from the boards by 17:30 of Thuerday, June 20, 2019. Posters left on the boards after that time will not be returned to the authors.
